Tuition Fee Procedure

Dues are to be paid on the dates specified at the time of admission or registration.

Late Payment of Tuition Fee:

Registration is not complete until the tuition fee and other dues are paid in full. After the last due date of fee payment, a late fee per day is charged until the entire tuition fee is received.


Fee Payment by Installments:

Students have the option to pay semester fee either in lump sum or in two equal monthly installments.

Fee Adjustment Policy:

The college reserves the right to increase the fee in response to the inflationary economic environment. Fee increase may be on annual basis. Such fee increase will apply to all students currently enrolled.

If a student withdraws from a course during the first week of classes, then the tuition fee will be carried forward for adjustment against the following semester’s fee.

No Cash Refund is given:

Full tuition fee is also refundable in cases where a student had registered in advance for a semester and decides to withdraw from the program prior to the commencement of the classes. In such cases the student must give a written notice of withdrawal from the program before the start of the classes

  • Except for cases mentioned above, in all other circumstances the tuition and registration fees are non-refundable
